  • My art is constantly changing and evolving. It is my therapy, my joy and my passion. Whether the subject is realism or fantasy, no matter what the medium, my art will always reveal the innermost me, it is my life.
  • Biography:
  • Hi, My name is Lynn Dobbins, and ever since I could pick up crayons and draw on the wall, I've been in love with art. My first professional show was at the tender age of four,I've exhibited in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco. I now live with my two kids and two cats in the beautiful wine country of Temecula California. Animals have also played a huge part in my choice of art subjects, Strays have been in and out of my place as long as I can remember. I started out as an equine artist painting portraits, will draw anything that walks,trots,gallops,slithers, swims or crawls. My medium of choice for the last 10 years has been pyrography, AKA woodburning a beautiful if unforgiving art medium, and one which I hope to continue to share with others., though I work in pretty much any medium available, oils, acrylics,pastels, ink,and airbrush. I am a Proud Juried member of EBSQ Plus, and A member of I.A.P.A The International Association of Pyrographic Artists As well as Art 4 Critters a group of international artists dedicated to helping animals in need
